Delete Account
You can permanently delete your account on YenZek by deleting the account from the registered mobile phone.
YenZek must be actively working on your phone to make changes to the account. You can not make changes to an account that is not registered to your phone.
Deletion requests are not accepted outside of the registered app because there is no way to accurately verify whether or not a number is truly associated with the requester.
Deleting your account will erase all data associated with your account from our system such as your account history, name, username, email, phone number, posts, pictures, messaging history, group chats, and other data types that are connected to the profile of your account.
Android
Follow steps to no longer be seen as a YenZek user:
In YenZek, tap your profile. Then on the far top right tap the three bars which will lead you to your Account > Advanced > Delete my Account.
Enter your YenZek number.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm Delete my account.
iOS
Follow steps to no longer be seen as a YenZek user and delete your message history on this iPhone:
In YenZek, tap your profile. Then on the far top right tap the three bars which will lead you to your Account > Advanced > Delete my Account.
Enter your YenZek number.
Tap Delete my account.
