When we say “our,” “we,” or “us,” we’re talking about YenZek Inc. (“YenZek”) (“YenZek.com”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all of our services, features, software, and website (together, “Services”) unless specified otherwise.

Information We Collect

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the transaction, we collect the personal information you submit to us such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Information You Provide

YenZek is a social messaging service. You provide your mobile number and basic account data (name, email, profile picture and basic information about you) to create a Basic YenZek account.

  • Account Information. You provide your name, photo, email, and mobile phone number, as well as some basic details necessary for the service to work, such as your gender and date of birth.

  • Posts. When you create an account with YenZek, you must give YenZek permission to record audio from your mobile device. YenZek will only start recording, when you press the record button to create posts.

  • Messages. Message can be created and deleted at anytime. All private chats are locked and secure from other users. We store technical information on our servers, including randomly generated authentication tokens, keys, push tokens, and other material that is necessary to transmit messages. YenZek limits this additional technical information to the minimum required to operate the Services.

    Contacts. YenZek may optionally discover which contacts in your address book are YenZek users, using a service designed to protect the privacy of your contacts. Information from the contacts on your device may be cryptographically hashed and transmitted to the server in order to determine who is using our service.

Third-Party Information

  • Information Others Provide About You. We receive information other people provide us, which may include information about you. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your phone number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs), or they may send you a message, send messages to groups to which you belong, or call you.

  • Third-Party Services. When you use third-party services such as messenger Apps that are used with our Services, they may receive information about what you share with them. For example, if you use a data backup service integrated on their platform (such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox ), they will receive information about what you share with them. If you interact with a third-party service linked through our Services, you may be providing information directly to such third party. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

How We Use Information

We use all the information we have to help us operate, improve, understand, support, and market our Services.

  • Our Services. We operate and provide our Services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customizing our Services. We understand how people use our Services so we use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.

  • Safety and Security. We verify accounts of all users and their activity, and promote safety and security on and off our Services, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our Terms, and to ensure our Services are being used legally.

We process your personal data on the ground that such processing is necessary to further our legitimate interests.

Consent

  • How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdrawing your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, contact us.

Age of Consent

  • YenZek is not a platform for those who are under the age of 16 years. As stated in our Terms of Service, you must be at least 16 years of age or old to sign up on YenZek and 18 years of age to use our audio-posting service which gives you the possibility to use YenZek for dating. By using our app, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Security

  • The security of your personal information is important to us. We take precautions with our best practices to make sure your information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Full credit card numbers are never accessed by our system, and the most sensitive data we store are encrypted to keep them secure. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We may amend or update our Privacy Policy as needed so that it is current, accurate, and as clear as possible. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our updated Privacy Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and stated “Last Updated” with the date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
