Introduction
As a condition to using the YenZek brand assets ("YenZek Brand Resources"), you agree to all the guidelines and instructions below ("Guidelines").
These Guidelines clarify the ways you can and cannot use the YenZek Brand Resources for marketing and other purposes. These Guidelines also contain legal disclosures and a general set of questions and answers that address common inquiries and concerns.
General Guidelines
Use the YenZek name and logos found on our YenZek’s Brand Page & Guidelines website only, and not those found anywhere else. Make sure you check the YenZek Brand Resources in these Guidelines often to ensure you're using the most current version.
Do not use other trademarks, names, domain names, logos, or other content that could be confused with YenZek.
When you're talking about YenZek, always capitalize the letters "Y" and "Z," and never modify or abbreviate the word "YenZek."
Remember to display the word YenZek in the same font size and style as the content surrounding it, and never use any of the YenZek logos to replace the word YenZek in a sentence.

You may not use any YenZek trademarks, or anything similar, in your trademark, domain name, username, or other account name.
Can I use YenZek as a verb, e.g. "YenZek your friends or family"?
Avoid using the YenZek name or logos, or a combination of these, as a verb.
What does YenZek do if people misuse the YenZek Brand Resources?
YenZek dedicates substantial resources to the development and protection of its intellectual property. In addition to seeking registration of its trademarks and logos, YenZek enforces its rights against people who misuse its trademarks.
Do I need to request permission for each use of the YenZek Brand Resources?
Submit a written request if you want to use the YenZek Brand Resources to market your products and services, or if you intend to use our assets in broadcast, television, or film. Otherwise, YenZek doesn't require a brand permissions request or review your usage as long as you adhere to the YenZek Brand Guidelines.

If you want to use the YenZek Brand Resources in TV or film, make sure to review these Guidelines first, then you can request for permission below. Please include: (1) The final version showing how the YenZek Brand will be featured, (2) A detailed description of the commercial, film, or program, (3) A script of the segment that references, and (4) Translations for any non-English requests.
